Have been a customer for a few years and the ordering process is easy, the delivery service is superb and in all the years i have been a customer they have never let me down. Highly recommended.

I arrived at 07:30 am and noticed how busy the lads were loading the trucks for the days deliveries and thought to myself looks like I will have to wait around like usual in a busy builders merchants trying to catch someone's attention.

As I stepped out of my van to my complete surprise I was immediately greeted with a good morning from the lad loading the truck " Are you here to collect sir let me take that empty cylinder for you. your order is ready you must be Mr Higginbottom" Welcome to Edward Holmes. The initial reason for my visit was to collect some gas for a barbeque. During our conversation I discovered that the company offer industrial gasses and I was introduced to Adam who promised to quote me for the gasses we use at my industrial hydraulic cylinder manufacturing company. We sent Adam a list of our gasses and within no time he provided a very competitive quotation attractive enough to pull our business from there main competitor. Edward Holmes is an example of how to win business from the smallest of 1st orders by showing interest in the people they meet.
