I’ve only given 3 stars, although the processor of ordering was straight forward and your price was great, the problem was I had no confirmation of delivery date. I ordered it on a Thursday last week 19th Feb 2026 but received no indication on when to expect the delivery, which was delivered out of the blue on 23rd Feb 2026. I was just about to go out, so it was quite lucky the delivery turn up when it did.
The delivery driver was polite and helpful he delivered it and even put it in the hallway for me.
If I had confirmation on expected delivery this would have been a five star review.

The driver who delivered our gas was very friendly and offered to carry the two heavy bottles of gas through our house into the back garden. As we are an elderly couple, we were so grateful for that. He was polite and courteous and very strong! This was our 2nd delivery by the same driver and we were so impressed both times.
Whole process was faultless.
